Abstract: The theme elucidated in this research project concerns one of the expressions of the structure intertwined by the exploitation-oppression of social class, race, gender, which historically has relegated the poor, blacks and, mainly, black women to the bottom of the social pyramid, as has been called attention several feminist scholars and activists and some anti-capitalist, anti-machismo, anti-racist scholars and activists. In this sense, this study aims to analyze the legislative agenda forwarded by parliamentarians black from Belen in the search to reflect on the local singularity of the contradiction present in the Brazilian conjuncture of conquest and resistance. The research questions posed to the investigation are: How were the political trajectories of the young women elected in Belém do Pará constituted? How are they making the legislative guidelines defended in the campaign viable in relation to confronting the articulation of economic, racial and gender inequality? What expressions of machismo and racism have been experienced in the chamber and in the legislature and how have they resisted? The study will have as a theoretical-methodological foundation the dialectical method of apprehension of the real, from the contributions provided by Karl Marx and Friederich Engels in the analysis of the reality configured by the class struggle, founder of capitalism as a mode of production. It will have as technical-operative procedures: bibliographical, documentary and field research. The bibliographic survey at first prioritized the debate of classic and contemporary authors about the social and sexual division of labor, as well as the conceptual discussion about race and ethnicity. The initial documentary survey consisted of readings of national and international normative documents about female underrepresentation in party politics, in order to bring an overview of how the underrepresentation of black women in party politics is placed at the national level, highlighting to the Belen scene. Field research will consist of conducting interviews with the subjects chosen to compose the research universe.
