In January 2024, the PPGSS collegiate approved the Post-Doctoral Plan of Dr. Tácio Sales Carvalho, PhD in Clinical Psychology from PUC-SP, for one year. The theme of the plan is: "The impact of dominant discourses on violence on social work training and practice in Brazil. The internship will be supervised by Prof. Dr. Reinaldo Nobre Pontes and will be part of the Study and Research Group on Social Work, Social Policy and Professional Training - GEPSS of the PPGSS.
In November 2017, the PPGSS board approved the Post-Doctoral Internship Plan for Prof. Dr. Rosália do Socorro da Silva Corrêa, a professor at the University of Amazonia (UNAMA), for one year. The theme of the Plan is: "Intrafamily violence: from the complex family relationship to the cruelty of matriparricide". It should be noted that the post-doctoral student participates in the Institutions and Punishments Research Group, under the coordination of Prof. Dr. Jean François Yves Deluchey, a collaborating professor at PPGSS/UFPA.
