Summary: This dissertation addresses socio-enviromental conflicts arising from the construction of ports complexes in Pará state from 3 (three) analysis parameters – threats to traditional communities, agents involved and ways of resistance from those communities. Due to the new pandemic, coronavirus (SARS-COV 2), the methodological procedures were redefined, using Systematic Literature Review (SLR) technique added to the documentary research, on-site observation and innterviews carried out at the Guajará de Beja community, Abaetetuba municipality, one of the impacted community by a port complex in Pará state. The observation in loco and the interviews carried out in that community in October, 2020, with all the caution recommended by the public health agencies in relation to the pandemic. From the SLR research protocol applyment , 10 (ten) studies were selected, which, afther analysis added to the other methodological procedures, indicated that disputes over natural/locational resources, in particular, for the port complexes installation in Pará state, they have produced socioenvironmental conflicts among economic, state and tradional communities in Pará’s amazon region, In the territories where living/working men and women, natives or not, the metabolic relationships mankind/nature are in permanent rupture process in the capitalist context, and it has been fierced, with State featuring, at the current historic square.
