Title of thesis: "SOCIAL REPRODUCTION BY SOCIAL ASSISTANCE IN BELÉM: ONTOLOGICAL-REFLEXIVE STUDY OF USER’S DAILY LIFE."

Resumo: This thesis analyzes the Social Reproduction of users of the Social Assistance Politics in the county of Belém, state of Pará. Sustained on the marxian critical-dialectical conception and on the ontology of the social being's work it was used the methodology of life stories of the subjects. The content analysis was used to interpretation of the data obtained in the field work. The research carried out had as general objective "To analyze the process of Social Reproduction in the user’s daily life of the Social Assistance Politics in Belém-PA, as well as the understanding of Social Workers about this Social Reproduction, considering the ontological dimensions and reflexives of conditioning relationships.”, and as specific objectives: a. deepen the Categories: Social Reproduction, “users”, State, Market, Work, Poverty(ies); b. Identify the profile of users of Social Assistance in Belém/PA; c. Identify the forms of Social Reproduction that users manifest in their daily lives; d. To identify and analyze the ways of understanding of the subalter(nized/zation) subjects who demand the state public social assistance of their insertions/exclusions in the PAS; e. To analyze the place of the Social Assistance Politics, of the Single Social Assistance System in the Social Reproduction of this user; f. To verify the conceptions of the Social Workers about Social Reproduction of the users and of their own processes of social reproduction. Based on these objectives, field research was carried out with the subjects defined above in a process highly influenced by the pandemic period, experienced from 2020 that crossed and has manifestations in the execution of this work. As a main conclusion the most evident form of social reproduction of the users of Social Assistance, whose location in the predominant working class is in the relative overpopulation and in the lumpenproletariat, in the face of the structural crisis of capital accumulation, it was identified that reproduction of these, very identified only with the politics itself and with precarious jobs, is much more complex, when the mediation of users' daily lives is apprehended. New systems of social reproduction are revealed such as family and community solidarity networks; criminality; religion (charity) and others, that many times, are suppressed in the analyzes of social workers, in view of their precariousness of work and state policies.
