Abstract: This study addresses the relationship between Social Service and Urban Policy through programs/projects of Urban Land Regularization of Social Interest/REURB-S in the Northern Region of Brazil. The general objective of the study was to analyze the conceptions and practices of Social Workers in stimulating social participation in projects of Urban Land Regularization of Social Interest, in the State of Pará. However, during the course of the research, the results found pointed to the need for revision of the objectives, resulting in a new configuration focused on the relationship between Social Service and Urban Policy, maintaining the emphasis on the REURB-S policy. It is based on bibliographic and documentary research and the privileged use of the Systematic Literature Review / RSL technique due to the pandemic context of Covid-19. The SLR was applied to the database of the Portal of Periodicals of the Commission for the Improvement of Higher Education/CAPES and the Institutional Repository of the Federal University of Pará/RIUFPA, from February to March 2022. Among the results achieved, we highlight the scarcity of bibliographic material on the Social Work of Social Service professionals in the Policy of Urban Land Regularization of Social Interest in the Brazilian Amazon, an indicator of the absence of studies and research on the theme in the region, a movement toward successive approaches to Urban Policy with emphasis on Housing Policy - without a more effective problematization of land ownership - and, finally, the absence of studies on the Policy of Sanitation and Urban Mobility in the region of Brazil.
