Dissertation project title: SOCIAL SERVICE AND MULTIPROFESSIONAL HEALTH RESIDENCE: A ANALYSIS OF TRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL WORK

ABSTRACT: “Social Service and Multiprofessional Residency in Health: an analysis of training and professional work” comes from the experience as a resident social worker, during the period from 2019 to 2021, where it enabled rich experiences, reflections and contradictions about the training of the social worker in the health work context. This research project has the general objective: to analyze the insertion and ethical-political direction of Social Work in Multiprofessional Health Residencies in the cities of Belém (Pará) and Porto Alegre in the last ten years, it is emphasized that it will not be the focus of this work. Carry out a comparative study. As a theoretical-methodological basis, there is the method of dialectical historical materialism that strives to approach the real in a comprehensive way. The study envisages carrying out documental research through a survey in the coordination of the programs to verify the pedagogical political project and field research that will have a focus group with resident professionals and open interviews with preceptors and tutors. For the analysis and interpretation of data, content analysis will be used, according to Bardin. The state of the art present in this research project revealed gaps in the field of knowledge production in the Social Work Area, and it is intended to contribute to the debate based on the experiences and speeches of social workers inserted in this training process that dialogues with the Education Policy and with the Health Policy.
