Abstract: This research will focus on the analysis of the literature produced in the years 2020 to 2022, about the effects of uberization on the health, conditions and work relations of delivery application workers. Thus, the specific objectives of this research seek to: 1. verify how the concepts of uberization/precarization, health of the delivery drivers, crisis of capital and pandemic are presented by researchers in Law, Social Work and Sociology; 2. identify the possible effects of uberization on health, relations and working conditions of the app workers during the pandemic; 3. identify and analyze the existence of strategies of struggle and resistance of these workers. The present proposal seeks to be theoretically based on Marx's Social Theory and as method of investigation and treatment of data the historical-dialectical materialism, having as methodological procedures: a) Bibliographical Research; b) Systematic Literature Review (SLR); c) Documentary Research.
